Whether you wish to buy a show lodge or choose your own plot for an individually designed lodge tailored to your own specification with one of our recommended manufacturers, Letham Feus is the ideal location at which to buy a holiday home. There are several styles and numerous floor plans with prices ranging from £59,950 to £160,000 and sizes ranging from 14’ to 20’ wide and 30’ to 45’ long.

You may be considering  an investment purchase, in which case we can offer a Guaranteed Rental Income package, or you may simply want a holiday home in one of the prime locations in which to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The park is open 12 months a year for lodge owners, so you are free to come and go as you please during this time.

Besides the emphasis on bespoke design, we ensure that we only work with manufacturers where quality is a priority. Each holiday lodge is traditionally built in a controlled factory environment to BS3632 residential standard and NCC specifications.

If designing your own lodge isn't for you, there is always a show home available for immediate purchase. Everything (and we mean everything!) is included in the price, right down to the curtains, the soft furnishings and a fully fitted kitchen

At Letham Feus, lodge pitch fees for 2012 are  from £2,268 plus VAT  p.a. and rates from £320 plus VAT p.a. (lodges are not subject to council tax) for a single lodge. Electric and gas is individually metered and water and sewage is included in the pitch fee and rates charge. We offer a minimum Guaranteed licence of between 15 and 40yrs for new lodges.
